For those still waiting for their own Riot Kayle skin....
You can check if you have the skin by one of these 3 ways since the game sometimes fails to show what skins you own in some patches of the client for some bizarre reason.

Check your kayle skin list on champion select in "custom games".

Select "champion" on your profile and find Kayle

Go to the store, select kayle champion or another kayle skin and scroll left or right untill you see it.
I got my skin with no notification so you have to check for yourself.
