A little question to Riot about yordles.

I need to know, which one of you rioters thought about making yordles. And I don't mean each individual champions, I mean, who was the one that got up and said "You know what? Let's add a bunch of adorable furry creatures to the game for variety?"

I'm just curious, I swear it's nothing bad, I actually want to cheer for the guy and another idea as well in mind.
