This represents why I don't like leveling up an account.... is it fair for them? of course not...is it fun for me? not really is honestly quite boring since represent no challenge whatsoever.....

Can riot create a system for me to create secondary accounts on other servers? Currently the only way is to move an account completely from one server to another but what if I want to play on two servers? Currently I have 3 accounts. One in NA, one in OCE (moved from LA) and the brand new account i'm leveling up on LA....is there for a way for me to just hit level 30 right away?

Go 25-0 and I guarantee you will stop facing this. I leveled a new account and I assure you that even sub lvl30 games has MMR.

Took me until like a whopping lvl 9 to not see anymore new players, by 20 everyone is clearly mid plat-diamond and around my level. The first few levels are unfair but there is no way to bypass that without giving experienced players a free ticket to 30 with like 50k ip or something.

If you are that worried about fairness, just buy a X day experience boost and spam bot games.

It is a little slower, but at least you aren't interfering with new players.
