Provisional Games putting me in Bronze III

Alright, so I started the new season expecting to be able to get out of Bronze. When I first started League I was a major troll and never actually tried my hardest, but when I got the chance during 2015 when everyone's division was reset, I decided to try. I played all my provisional games and won 9/10, I was super pumped at the end of the last match won and was wondering what rank I had gotten, since my friends had been put in Silver when they won around 7/10. The game finished and I was put into Bronze III, this seriously pisses me off, can someone explain why I was put into the lowest division when I won 90% of my games played? I was a Bronze II before the everything was reset, link has my league profile.

This year, the provisionals were VERY heavily based on your last year's division. If you won 10/10, you would have been placed into b2. So there was almost no way to get higher than your last year's division

As an example, several pro players got knocked from diamond to silver.

The provisionals were BRUTAL this year. Absolutely brutal.

Fortunately, there are a TON of people who 'don't belong' in Bronze in Bronze with you, so you should rise up alongside them if you belong higher. Good luck!
