play with riot all 1000 wins?

So a friend told me that I am able to play with riot employees all 1000 wins. And I am curious if that is still possible today. At the moment I have got 2000 wins and I am posting this that some riot employee might add me and we can play a game together.

i played with a few Rito in normal queues, some of em are okay... some of em are pretty bad
