Dodging Games

I just wanted to say that Riot should do statistical analysis to give people who don't dodge a lot a break. My dodge was justifiable and worth it. I shouldn't be penalized even if it's a 15 minute time-limit restriction. I know I'm just being a pest, but there should be a "dodge-forgiven" for productive players who do not dodge. Also, sorry I don"t know where to properly post this> miscellaneous?
