Harrowing!?!
I heard their is no harrowing event this year. And were are these skins its the 20th. I don't care about lcs, I don't care about the pros. The .1%ers. League spends so much time on these pros but were are the skins at, new maps.

You may not care about the pros or the World Tournament, but Riot definitely does.
They make a crap ton of money off of it.
So sorry, you're just going to have to wait.
Harrowing is a late October/early to mid November event. At worst you have about 2 weeks to wait.
It used to come out ealier if I remember. I took break last October last year. Said the skins were coming out in the patch that just came out that's why I was anticipating it so much
