So I was banned again for two weeks because I ran into a group of 4 and one of them didnt get their way in the lobby so in the end when they all reported me after they were incredibly toxic, I am the one who gets banned, but they continue to get to assault a random if that random doesnt comply to their wishes.

Reports = flagged for log scan. And the system found in your logs that your guilty. Stop acting like you didn't say anything to them.

or wait. didnt the algorythm work in a way that only one report from a premade is applied? so one game can NEVER get you banned, except if you used homophobic or racial slurs or uttered death threats or suicide wishes.... but you would not do that because you are not ever raging EVER.

Almost nothing you described here is how the system works. The only power a group has against you would be to give you enough reports to trigger a review which could lead to a punishment if you actually did something you hadn't been caught for yet.

As far as I know they don't punish for private communication. I don't think I have ever heard of anyone being punished for it at least.

Reports notify Riot to scan your logs, and they punish from there. If you actually did nothing, then you wouldn't be punished, I doubt you're one of the rare case ban mistakes.

OK, first of all, from one rager to another I have to call BS. I have yet to be banned even though I rage a lot. I do none of the less have a 750 game chat restriction. SO that is some hardcore shit you are pulling in order to get ban. So dont act like you are innocent.

its pretty much confirmed that all someone has to do to get someone banned is bring 3 friends and all report for the same thing.

I suspect its because it takes a lot of processing power to do the scanning so it takes a certain amount of reports for it to be triggered. To avoid wasting it on frivolous reports.

If you want to be a terrible person there's nothing I can do to stop you. It's not going to do anything significant anyway. At worst you are going to anoy/freakout some people by causing those warning messages but really you will just getting people that deserve punishments caught sooner because they just haven't racked up enough to be caught yet.

Heres the thing. "the community" is not a person, its a community. You are talking about taking out your frustration of some negative members of the community on innocent people. If someone stole your car you would you then become a car thief?
You were almost certainly banned for your behavior across recent games, not just this one game.
Also you should post your chat logs if you have them so we can at least see you weren't doing anything wrong in that game.

But anyway, we can't judge if you got a deserved/false ban without your chatlog that you received in your email. Until then we got to assume that the ban was correct because I have only seen one wrongly banned chatlog (that was someone who flamed himself all game).

lets put sarcasm, irony or w/e aside for a mo and look at the facts.
Fact 1) you dont get banned because of one game/report. (the exception are death threats). not even a homophobic/racial slur gets you immediately banned.
fact 2) multiple reports within the same game do not accumulate. They simply don't. so getting reported by a pre 3 is the same as getting reported by a single player.
Fact 3) It takes a regular amount of negativity and verbal abuse to even receive the initial chat ban. before that you get a ton of warnings, pop-ups that nicely but firmly remind you that you are out of line.
I have received a lot of those. i would say at least 10 since they were instated. yet, i have never been either chat banned nor time banned.
So please don't try to fool us into believing that this is THE ONE exception to the Rule where the system has failed and singled you out and is obviously trying to focus YOU because YOU are innocent.
You are insulting our intelligence.
