A Possibly Good or Bad Way to Stop Salty Players

I think that I'm not the only person who has this issue but as we know many players are salty. They ruin the game itself and limited bans with chat bans won't work. Instead i recommend an IP ban on those players because not only do they ruin the game but they make players perform worse than they can. I haven't played LoL for a month or so and just came back a few days ago just for OFA but after the first game of normal to practice. I realize the real reason why I was thinking about quitting. The Tribunal system is good but at times when you feed because you're bad you aren't reported for unskilled, you're reported for grieving. I don't care if you're good or bad I just want a game with kind and respectful players. No one shall have to play a game that they don't want to play because of one player ruining it for everyone. Sometimes its not just one person but probably your whole team who make it hard. At times this causes you to leave games and putting you into lower privileged games.
