So why is my ping bouncing from 250-700

when a ping test to Los Angeles gives me a ping of 104 and one to Portland gives me a ping of 98 neither of those pings are amazing but I personally can't notice them 250-700 is incredibly hard to play with and extremely annoying

Same. I play any other game and I have 13-50 ping. Riot has been neglecting these ping problems and blames the service providers. Rito is a disgrace of a company.
