Disconnections

Dear Riot,

Recently I had a game in which a player disconnected early on. After several minutes it was clear she didn't seem to be coming back so we intended to remake. Problem was that she reconnected every three minutes only to DC two seconds later. This happened several times till the player showed up around 12-13 minutes into the game which we obviously lost. He explained he was playing from an internet café and that we were at fault for not remaking... Not certain how many times this has happened to others but still, this is quite frustrating because we still lost LP.
