ACCOUNT TRANSFER

Hello, my summoner is "elite eraNos" from EUW, i moved it to EUNE, and when im trying to connect to EUNE server it sais "Incorrect password" and when im trying loging back in the EUW server, im getting "Your account has been transferd, please check the right region"..... Changed password twice, still getting "password is wrong" PLEASE HELP
