Getting frustrated with Riots Behavior System

So there i was getting ready for another ranked game, when I get as usual a whiner. The guy starts whining about how he is on a losing streak and now he is last pick. He gets by order pick support role and starts insulting everyone. Takes a Zilean for supp. When the game starts our GP makes a comment about how Zilean is not really a good support anymore. Nothing insulting, just a comment. The guy starts insulting him. Even saying stuff about how he should not be alive, and stuff about his mom. Spent like 5 mins ranting, from that he went to threatening to feed. We lost, he did not feed on purpose, but he did not play as a support. Thing is I said I was going to report him for his behavior and he was duoing with the adc. Well turns out I was reported for offensive language. I did not say a thing until I said I was going to report. It is not fun for me... to be reported and getting my account affected by people that are together and decide to report without any base. I did not talk on the whole match. How can I be reported for offensive language? I spend too much money on this game and to be honest it is turning out to be frustrating and not fun. I know I am only one and if I stop playing Riot wont care about it. Just one less guy giving money and the game is too popular for them to care, but you guys could really do something. And about you getting paired with duos. I know when you duo you get paired with people that have a higher level than you do. However, when you get paired like that it is a team of 5 which means one of the players will be alone and at a disadvantage. Specially when things like that happen. Why not make it solo queue for people playing alone. And duo/triple queue for the rest. So that if people are playing together they keep playing with other players under the same conditions and solo q players play with people that are actually playing solo. I'm seriously getting frustrated with your systems.

Did you get banned, or restricted, or did you get a behavioral warning?

If it was just a warning, then your account was not actually affected. Someone reported you, the behavior system didn't take that as a sign that you definitely deserve a punishment, but it wanted to give you a heads-up that you MAY be behaving differently than you normally do. Riot was hesitant to implement automatic warnings like this because they feared that people would flip out if they got a single notification that came from an undeserved report. But the community really wanted to know when they were getting reported, so that's why we have them now.

If it was not just a behavioral alert, then you should be a little more open to the fact that your behavior was not acceptable. You should have received a reform card of some kind, so it would be great if you were willing to post that rather than asking us to take your word that you said nothing that deserved a punishment.

And keep in mind that threatening to report is considered a form of harrassment. There's no need for it and asking for other people to report is unneeded: The system looks at "Are there any reports in this game" not "How many people reported".
