Gifting Influence Points?
How about being able to gift influence points to friends who are new to the game to help them get runes/champions faster?

Will never be done. The transfer of in game currency leads to a net loss in profits for Riot. Makes zero business sense to do this I am afraid. For us it could be cool.
Also, People would feed smurf accounts, which would make it even worse than it already is for new players.[slayer-jinx-catface]
