Chroma Packs and Buying a Champ

So just a quick question, If you buy Lucian with RP and then go ahead and buy the chroma skins later and you choose to Refund the champ Lucian. Do you keep him because you bought the chroma skin or.......?

I think that the chromas are just going to stay.
