Day 2 of disabled Azir.

I bought Azir yesterday and didn't even manage to play him once before he was disabled "due to bugs". Now its going on day two of Azir, Disabled Emperor of the Wheelchairs, and we haven't heard any tale of why he was disabled, what bugs, and when hes going to even be playable. What is the point of releasing a champion if hes just going to immediately be disabled afterwards... Isn't this what the PBE and testing are for? Rito plz.
