do the players mater anymore?

2 years ago i was hacked. asked for help and got banned. i heard of a few others where this happened. and i have to ask if we even mater anymore. the company has made hundreds f millions of dollars and claim to care for the players. yet i get banned when i asked them for help when my account was banned. can i ask how that works? and yes ive tried messaging them about it. this is what i get "After looking into your issue I was able to find that your concerns were already addressed in Ticket #xxxxxxxx. As we have previously mentioned in that reply, there is nothing else we can do for you in this situation. We have thoroughly investigated the issue and provided you with our definitive answers on the subject" or "im sure this is frustrating and we are sorry but the decision is final" always the same things. like bots even. generic answers and everything. so does it matter how much time and money we spend on the game when in the end the company will toss you out like yesterdays trash?
