League community...?
I know, I know. The league community sucks, everyone knows. They quit because of it, blah blah.
I just want to say, League of Legends gets really repetitive, and the fact that almost every game, if you do poorly, or misspell a word, or miss a hook or something, you instantly get called out, insulted, and over time this really effects you. League of Legends really can effect not only someone's game-play but even maybe their life. Getting harassed multiply can really lower your pride, and your happiness in general. Just one mess-up or bad game can get you report multiple times, and if you mute them chances are they'll still report you. Also, after you muted them, you'll have to hear that one nasty comment they made to you, and will possibly tilt you, making you lose games, etc. It's like a domino effect, they insult you, you tilt, you lose more games and go on losing streaks, and before long you're generally sadder in real life. I really feel like League needs to somehow fix this since so many people are getting effected, and in general almost everyone is slowly becoming a monster. After being pelted with insults and tilting and just getting mad, it really slowly poisons you, in life and in game. You just get mad, and unless you're a really casual player and don't care whatsoever, you slowly get worse, getting mad at people for messing up, getting angry when someone plays poorly on your promotion games. League of Legends just puts a lot of places in your career to let you get mad, like losing your promo games or losing a bunch of your placement matches. It really rots a player and the community is just terrible. Sure, you could /mute all before the game starts, but then you can't communicate with your team. Sure, there are the good, optimistic people in league, but they're so far and few in between that it doesn't even matter that much anymore. Overall, League of Legends is in general a toxic community. Your way of fixing the community is as good as mine.
