Snowdown Sales Unfair?

I have played Ashe once in my last 11 MATCHES, ALREADY HAVE A SKIN, OPEN UP THE SHOP, 3 ASHE SKINS!!! THEN... I HAVE YET TO PLAY MALPHITE, SHYVANA, AND NAUTILUS DURING THIS ENTIRE MONTH, AND NOVEMBER, BUT GET SKINS FOR THEM AS WELL! THE MOST RECENT CHAMPs I have been playing were Talon, Fizz, and Anivia, yet no skins for them. They should have an option to reroll if you haven't bought anything from the shop yet, kind of like Aram, maybe even using the Aram rerolls. That way, people cannot just buy certain ones, reroll, and repeat, but also VERY dissatisfied people can be slighty happier. I thought these sales were edited to the our most played and stuff. I have talked to my friends, and they too are disappointed.
