A thought

So, I had the thought that skins should be tradable. Not to say that you get to gift a friend a skin for free or anything, but say you both have a champion that neither of you play but the other does quite frequently. A situation just as that occurred with my own friend, I have a Fiddle skin that I never use and would rather it be put to use since he plays him all the time. It just seems a waste to have the skin and never use it when it could be tons of play time in the hands of one of my friends.
