[Suggestion] Connection indicator on load screen

Right now, there's no way to tell if the League client has stopped connecting or is frozen. The only way you can maybe tell is if your ping is moving or someone else is still loading. However, in those instances, there can often be significant delays in updates that can make the difference between knowing that you've disconnected quick enough to get in before the game starts, or not getting in until after the minions have met up and started because you weren't sure if you were still connecting or not.

My suggestion is to have a little yellow and green icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen that is set to oscillate back and forth whenever data is received so that we can see that things are still moving. If it hangs on a color for too long, we'll know that we're disconnected or frozen and can restart the client.
