I'm currently sitting at 246RP. I'm 4RP short of buying a Poro icon and I heard if pitchers are drawn, 4RP will magically appear in my account. I'm not really sure why Rito wants pitchers, but I won't question. It's filled with water too, free of charge. I might have mistaken it with some other word that sounds similar though.

I wonder if Riot has a "free rp" jar in the name of customer relations. Sort of like a swear jar, where anytime Teeto is mentioned they have to put a penny in the jar. Then when Riot doles out the RP for things like this, they use that jar's money to keep their company's budget straight.
