Starting a RIOT Franchise

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Dear Sir/Madam,
I Anthony Luke and my team would like to start a franchise in Guyana, for witch will bring more popular and players for the game league of legends. i my self is a proud player of your game i would like to have more people to know more, not just about the game but about the Riot family and what they could do to one person, which could be a life changing opportunity since one thinks of Riot as an institution for learning and becoming a legends.

We have most of the resource to start but lacks the permission to do so, i would like to take this opportunity and ask for you’re ok or if possible your support to do so and become a part of the RIOT Family. Thank you very much in anticipation. Yours truly

If you haven't done so already, I suggest contacting Riot through a support ticket. I'm pretty sure you'd have a much better chance of getting a response there. It may take a few days, though, so just be patient.
