Rriot maked me chage where it was but "Its A Bug"!

'LEAVEBUSTER DONT RECOGNICE THE DIFF BETWEEN A DC AND A LEAVE"I use my cellphone internet and when i receive a call sometimes i dc.. but i reconnect instantly most of time, and the longest i have taken is 5 minutes! when i'm back i carry or i catch up(just lose 2 times because dc was in nexus fight in the whole time!). i haven't being reported for dc. The leave buster banned like 5 times... and technically i haven't leave a game... But here comes the thing. Of 20 games i play 13 have a leaver, rage quitter, toxic player, feeder, not communicating team, many times i have played with the same person more than once in day ether with or against. And it keep getting worse. I'm a most of the time solo player 3s and i play since 2009 i have spent over $700 dollars in my main account and i have a dam 30 minutes ban witch scares me. all i do is work 2 jobs collage, full time and play league. I don't want to lose my account for a machine that only punishes good people. Again i haven't lose a game because of the dc thing because i never pick up call, i ignore call reconnect and keep playing. Leave buster must count game leaved instead of number of dc. For example i can disconnect 10 times at start, before minions spawn and it harm no one. But leave Buster will bann me for 1 hour. Please Fix This!.
