Is there a way to get out of low prority que without playing the games

I got low priority for not doing anything before minions spawned. Since team thought it was funny they hit yes on the surrender even though I was there. Now got 10 min low priority. I honestly don't think its fair since the minions just spawned they weren't even in lane yet
