About kindred build..

So, everyone are going for the stack/high-speed build, but when you play Kindred on a lane like me i rush: Bf sword,boots, pots Essence reaver,shiva Last Whisper,BT, IE or sometimes i get bt first if i see that i die a lot but with her W you have a lot of sustain on lane and with essence reaver you have the mana for your combo which is a must .. skills go , E>Q>W> max Q> max E> and finally W. I just wanna hear your opinions what you think about this and if you could give me some tips.. I already got rank 5 on her, but still haven't tried her jungle as that's not my strong role..
