Fast TTK champs and another question.

1)cab you recommebd any fast Time to kill champs and not just assassins, any champ that has a fast time to kill. I have been using yi, and when fed I love his burst ability... So any other champs?? 2)Sidenote: also i m speculating whether to buy wukong ir fizz, I'm level 12 and am 2 weeks into league... I like wukongs decoy and like fizz's jump thing. If not these two tell me a champ that has a cool ability like them two... Thanks for reading!
