New Champions

It seems as thought every new champ that riot makes is either super OP or sucks really bad. I don't know what they should do to fix it but Echo and Kindred were really good on the other hand Bard didn't do to well. It would be awesome if Riot came out with a champ that was perfect not OP but doesn't suck!
