A coincidence ?

There was only one champion on which I didn't want to get the free skin... Of course I got a skin on this champion, it was needed. Then, two days later, I get the free skin on my other account on EUW... Guess what ? The same skin on the same champion. Now I'm wondering if they're random or chosen depending on the summoner's name with a weird algorithm. (I have the same summoner's name on both accounts) Did anyone have the same thing ? (probably not but just asking)
