Anyone that still hasn't received the mystery skin?
I know that i haven't been chat restricted or banned or anything like that this year, I'm starting to get worried I won't get one at this point.

I'm still waiting for it as well. I should be on Riot's nice list though. I even have a green ribbon, and always try to be a positive player :)
We'll be waiting into Monday at the latest for all the people to get gifts. After that they're doing a manual check to make sure everyone who was eligible will get their rewards. I haven't received any sort of punishment on LoL ever to my knowledge, and I haven't been gifted yet. Give it some time.

The gifting list is currently being generated, so we won't be able to determine eligibility until rewards are sent in the next few weeks. Players who are eligible will likely receive their gift before we're able to verify eligibility. These rewards will be handed out gradually over the next several days, as we can't gift everyone all at once. You may see some players get their rewards before others. If you haven't received your reward yet, don't worry! We will process all mystery gifts as soon as we can.

Vaypoure1/11/2015, 4:00:26 PMI got Hillbilly Grag on a smurf account I use for my >30 friends, but I don't think I can receive a skin on this account because there isn't anything for Riot to send me outside of Non-available skins.

I mean they have millions of accounts to give skins too I doubt they can finish all that in a week!
