Did rito nerf their own servers?
It seems to me, ever since the 4.13 patch, the servers have been very very laggy. Did they accidentally nerf their own servers that patch or is there a wire unplugged somewhere?

Only a guess - but I know the player base is growing, and rapidly - my guess is there is difficulty expanding servers to match the rate. (though I could be completely wrong -only way to know is if riot deems you worthy enough to bless you with a red post)
I have no idea but this season has been the worst in terms of server reliability. I have a steady 98/110 ping on the east coast and now I miss the days when I only had 40 ping. I pray that the new summoner rift update fixes this issue, but somehow I have a feeling it'll only increase to the point where I have to quit playing League because I'm unable to play a decent match.
