Donating skins!!!

I was thinking of an idea that may be awesome for other players. Well I see that some players don't have the means to purchase skins and some of these players have been Leaguing it up for a year or more, well what if you guys gave the fellow summoners a chance to help them out by starting a skin or champion (really skin) donation box. Say we have a skin we do not want say we give it to the donating box and you guys draft out the players who you'll think deserve them and allow the giver to choose.
