Mouse issue??

So I've been having this problem for a while now, but for some reason my right click doesn't register about 1/2 the time I use it. This only happens when I'm playing LoL, and seeing as right click is pretty crucial I'm in a tight spot. Has anybody had this problem before, does anybody know a fix? Thanks much.

I'd say it's time to get a new mouse.
