Random Voice Clips In-Game

I was watching a replay of a silly One-For-All game I had played the previous day, and noticed something. Randomly, when either an enemy or ally died (in this case, one of our Vels killed an enemy Iliaoi), I would hear "A tragic end, for such a noble friend... Next time, more petting, and less stabbing." I assume it's suppose to be a tease for the new champ, but has anybody else noticed these random voices?

Yes, it's a teaser for the next champion Ivern. It's been on live for a few weeks now. There's also this teaser if you are interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D6PHb5xTO64&feature=youtu.be

I saw the vid, that's what made me assume it was the new champ. Guess I never noticed the voiced before now, heh
