Rune Page Feedback for any Rioters who care

Yo, Been playing a while and just wanted to say the new interfaces are looking really good, but on the rune pages I really think the info pop-ups could do to come up a bit faster. I just don't really get why the info graphics are so slow to pop up when besides intuitively knowing the new symbols (Which are nice and much more fitting I'll admit) the pop-ups are the only way to know which exact runes are being used.
