should east coasters be allowed full refund?
these servers are unacceptable, I record every game with xsplit and one day I will try to get my full refund.

I have to get 5 man reported and poissibily banned because riot cant give me a smooth game experience, this delay is unacceptable, where is the class acation from the east coasters ffs.
if I buy a car and it doesn't run, I take it back.
riot is not special or immune to this, its like anything else, don't get the service paid for, give me my money back, when I spent money on this game, it was under the impression I could play this game the majority of the time without interruptions of servers, riot has failed me.
Except if the car is free and you use money for the extras, they won't give your money back.
It is completely your choice to use money in this game. Yes, you have the excuse "but it would take forever to get champs without using money" but once again, it's your choice to either take the time and get them or pay up.
You are not entitled to a refund for something you got for free.
Once you give money to a Twitch stream, it doesn't immediately become a pay-per-view program. Your logic is flawed.
It is still a f2p game, it's f2p because you dont have to pay to play. Sure you CAN pay to get stuff, but it is not necessary to play the game.
You can expect all you want, but you paid, and got what you paid for, whether it be a champion, skin, etc. I see no option to pay for a "servers will be perfect in all regions at all times" service.
You should look into the ToS and legal Jargon, I knows whats fair but I don't think you'll get your money back.
