Riot servers?
Been happening for a while now where ill be playing just fine then every 10-15 sec a random 2 sec lag and its goes the whole game. Just trying to see if its something on my end or riot being riot.

I garantee you it's you and not riot. To diagnose specifically the problem try several things. open cmd and type ipconfig. find the default gateway and ping it. If it spikes at all that means your router is having problems. Then trying pinging sites like google or speedtest to see if those are slow. If theyare slow it's prolly a problem with ur isp
