High School Interview Project: Rioters Response Requested!

Hello, I am a senior in High School in California. I was given an opportunity to interview an entrepeneur/business owner and I thought that you guys were the best people to ask since I love playing the game so much since I spend many hours each week playing and I wanted to get more information about Riot Games and the history of this wonderful company. Here are the questions that I would love if I could get an answer to:

1. What type of business/industy is Riot Games in and how long has it been operating?
2. What reasons did they decide to open the business
3. What challenges do you face during the star up of the business? has there been any on going challenges?
4. What are some positive of being a business owner? what are some of the negative of being a business owner?
5. Who are some of the main competitors in the business? How do they try to differentiate their product from their competitors?
6. How is the relationship with the government? wht could the government do that would allow their buesiness to expand?
7. Are taxes fair these days? should they be lowered? or more business credits?
8. Does the business experience any cash flow issues and if so, how does it impact the daily business operations? how is the relationship with the banking system
9. How many emplyess does the business employ? is there anything keeping them from hiring workers
10. what are some long term concerns affecting the business? what are some long term aspirations for the buesiness?
11. How did the economy impact the business during the recession? Has there been any improvement in the economic climate? Are you looking forward to Trump presidency?
12. Are they a member of any community organizations such as BBB, chamber of commerce, or anything else? Here are my questions I have personally:

15. How can someone become an intern or a worker for your company?
