Do you mean the launcher, or the in-game client? Both have issues, but some pros too.
As far as the launcher, it's been steadily improving, but still problematic. There are still little bugs to be found here and there, but usually it's not a big deal. The same cannot be said of the in-game client.
In game, bugs are still rampant, including game-breaking ones that have been in the game for months or years. On the upside, it sounds like they're finally getting around to some of the long-standing bugs. Recently they fixed that no-damage projectile bug (well, one of them, there's another one to do with the shooter dying, which doesn't make any sense so please don't call it by design). They have also said that they're redoing the system for seeing things in fog of war and bushes, which is broken.
The solo ranked system could be much improved too, but that seems like a separate issue. :)
