Try Champs?

I don't know if a thread of this topic has been placed already, but I figure I could make a suggestion, nor do I know what board to put it on.. I think we should have an option where we can try the champions out before we purchase them (Especially when a new one does get out to live servers) And the map could be the howling abyss and we get to test the champions out and have options of auto leveling to scale out damage and test combos, as well as a free shop to get items that corresponds to the champs stats.

Just an idea that way if someone is interested in buying a champ, but doesn't know if they really want them they can try them out instead of buying them, realizing they have no refunds, that way no rp/ip is wasted. Anyone else think this could happen?
