I've heard that rioters sometimes do special things for peoples' 1000th win, so I was wondering if one could join me for my 1000th normal win :D

Because League is toxic cesspool of disease-minded children jealous that they don't have 1000 wins.

some people have been playing this game for 5 years, I for one have played almost 800 games on aram alone and have been playing on and off (mostly on since last year :p) and I started during the end of season 2. if you add up all the games I have played, it would be about 2000, and thats with college, a job, going out with friends, job training for half a year (with no internet the whole time) moving, staying with my sister for the holiday for a month (again, no internet) etc, etc. My point is, 1000 wins is not unheard of and reaching that doesn't require having no life to do. It just means that you like to play this in your free time.

its not a waste of time, would a kid going to a soccer match be a waste of his time? no hes practicing, league is an official sport now and it just means a lot of practice has been put into it

Soccer has a few uses.

Physical coordination.
face-to-face social interaction.
learn how to fight.
learn how to loose.
going pro.

If the ~~monster~~ kid is not going pro, and is learning these skills from other avenues, then soccer is a waste of time.

To me, these things are proof that Riot actually interacts with their player base, and plays their own god damn games. I would be interested in knowing what champions Rioters use. Would they be scumbag champs, or ones that take mechanical skill?

A lot of rioters play a lot of champions.

I'm suspect the target of you're post is the balance team. To which the answer is unknown. Feel free to look them up though. I doubt it would be that hard.

Purchased it with RP in the shop. In the client, click the orange chest under your summoner name that takes you to the shop, then select the "Summoner Icons" tab on the left. The icon should be for sale near the top of the list.

I definitely requested one for my 1000 wins, but I didn't get any love. Though, it's not THAT bad, seeing as I was matched with 3 Rioters total, in 2 games of matchmaking.
