Heya Boards! Would someone do me the service of helping me out with Hextech Crafting? I want Hextech Annie, and have seen people claiming to already have her, and others saying that you have to buy special promo chests that are not out yet. Do I buy the current chests, or do I wait for some new chest thing to come out?

The drop rate for the gemstones is quite low and considering you need 10 I seriously doubt anyone has unlocked Hextech Annie yet unless they bought a large amount of chests or are amazingly lucky. I am not sure about the promo chest one thing I do know is I bought about 15 chests and I didn't get a gemstone so its hard to say the best course of action.
Promo chests are said to have better odds at gemstones, so I would wait. I've seen one person post that he has it already due to ridiculous luck, but I don't know how to verify his screenshots.
