PeerBlock and LoL

When I search for the correct IP's, so I can run peerblock along side LoL, all I find are posts from 4 years ago.

Is there an updated list of IP's that LoL uses so I can run PeerBlock simultaneously with LoL?

I recently installed PeerBlock onto my system, and I am disconnecting from games every so often. It's only for a few seconds, but if you know LoL, it matters!
