Guild or Clan system

Hello new player here.

So i am a long player of MMO's in general and got hooked a few days ago. Looked at a lot of those Esports matches and it's pretty much fun to watch. Lots of friend said i was insane for coming here due to toxicity lvl's. But well anyone playing mmo's we know those people will always exist or be there. Anyway I kinda miss the erm guild or clan feeling joining up with people who have the same ideas. Since finding or making friends is kinda hard in this game. I have loads of question pertaining certain things. I don't really want to go hardcore in the game but doing decent and learning things is always and sees what it takes me from there. But all those small questions keeps bugging me and i can't really find people, that have the same semi/hc. Since well you get in game and run against bots. Since i don't know the game well i rather not dare joining against the real players yet. Since not knowing and failing the team without having an idea why is not helpfull but winning from bots on intermediate is well easy most of the times. Anyway long post. But why doesn't have lol this semi guild clan of groups since well it might help binding certain people together instead of finding people during matches. I was wondering if riot was making anything or have anything planned for it.
