Look out! It's Snowdown!

I bought a lot of skins this snowdown. I think that it's shady to have writing like "When you buy or receive a Legendary or Ultimate skin this Snowdown" and have it be for a specific part of an event. **When you buy or receive a Legendary or Ultimate skin this Snowdown **you’ll unlock a free Mystery skin! If that Mystery skin happens to be a Legendary or Ultimate, it unlocks another Mystery skin and can continue to snowball from there. As an added bonus, we’re doubling your chance to unlock a Legendary when you receive each Legendary Snowball Mystery skin.

I just think that if people bought legendary skins at any point this snowdown they should also be given a mystery skin. I work in Business and this is poorly worded and would have customers upset.

I just want some price protection of some kind. I bought: omega squad teemo battlecast Skarner Primetime Draven Firefighter tristana

Please Riot.

The date is clearly marked in their post. I do not see how it was misleading in any bit. I'm sorry you didn't read everything and purchased the skins before the the event but I'm afraid that is nothing but your own fault. I don't think Riot should do anything about it (not just for you but anyone that didn't read their post correctly). If it was an error on their part definitely. But dates were clearly marked for when each event started

Oh. I had assumed that you were asking how to make a ticket to try and get the mystery gifts supplied after-the-fact for legendary or ultimate skins you had purchased before the event.

Some terribly toxic people, but never mind. Riot told me to just report in game and took my thread down. I hope they take action. I took a bunch of screen shots.

You do have "price protection" every Legendary skins from 2015 and before that, come with a price protection, if Riot ever put it on sale they will refund the original owner who bought it at the price of 1820 RP(before any sale) the difference. They did it for The Magnificent Twisted Fate, Red Baron Corki, Annie in Wonderland, Firefighter Tristana and Alien Invader Heimerdinger. http://www.auplod.com/u/uopadl6d63e.png
