Ping Score In Client

ive encountered a problem where i randomly have ping issues, when i normally wouldnt. not a whole lot as of late, but it happens when you are poor and cant afford nice internet like i am. I just think itd be a neat feature to include the ping score in the client as well as in game, so you can know if you have issues before you start a ranked game and feed endlessly because you have 750ms ping.
