Small items to medium ones
You all know how they made ruby crystal build into giants belt right? Should they do the same for blasting wand and pickaxe, them have amp tone and longsword build into them?

I don't know that that's a good idea... a big part of ADC strategy is forcing your opponents to back when it is advantageous for you but not for them. The strategy around back times is very important.... making it more forgiving would just remove a lot of that... and I don't know that I like that thought, especially from a spectator perspective.
