About Leaver Buster and how to improve it.

Hey all this is my first posting like this so if it's in a wrong section forgive me. I have very good internet and have not had any problems with it as of yet however, nearly 95% or more of my problems of DC comes from Riot. Aside from the rare times my modem reboots I don't DC from games unless its Riots fault. The leaver buster is a good step but it's not complete. A lot of times people will have no control over being DC'd and shouldn't be punished for it. Below is an outline for a much better system I believe .

If a person is DC'd for 5 minutes or longer, whether or not it is at the 20 minute mark, the game will give players the option to forfeit. Waiting 20 minutes to FF is beyond stupid. THAT is what ruins people attitudes. Everyone DC's, it happens. Don't punish the remaining players by making them wait to the 15 or 20 minute mark.

At the end of a match that lasts 30 MINUTES or LONGER, if the player never returned, instead of just the report button, is the option to VOTE for that player being punished by clicking an icon next to the normal report button. The button would say something along the lines of LEAVER. Upon the 1st person clicking this, the others would then cast their votes BEFORE leaving the lobby. If 6 or more players vote YES for that player, it THEN gets sent to riot for review and leaver buster gets activated with the penalties you guys have already come up with.

The point of this is to make DC games go smoother/faster and also it will incorporate more team and goodwill in the end game as more than a 5 man team will have to report that particular person, hence 6 or more agreeing the person should be punished.

I love Riot, and have spent A LOT of money buying skins for myself and friends. A LOT. Most of my friends have stopped playing and uninstalled the game due to so many problems caused by Riots client and in game issues.

Again Riot, I LOVE YA...but please...get your shit together. Slow down on new content, and fix the things that are broken.

Also, bring back URF. I mean... come on. If there is one thing you guys are NOT listening to your CLIENT BASE about its that we want URF, UNCHANGED as a perm game mode. Most of us would probably pay $10 or more to unlock it as a game type.
