High noon have effects On ctrl 3 and Q. Bloodmoon has awesome recall and his attacks are very different. HELP! And if I buy high noon I will buy chroma "Emerald". I guess everyone will write high noon

High Noon looks better in general. Blood Moon looks nice, but it has that sort of cringy 'edgelord' kind of feeling to it imo.
