Cannot launch game

I have tried everything from running as admin, using task manager to cancel the patcher, uninstalling and re-installing. I am unable to log in after this most recent patch. Anyone else having this issue? (Played no problem last night).

By logging in I mean that the launcher won't even launch. There is nothing on my screen. Anyone have any tips?

right click on the exe in the root folder and click properties and try running in a different compatibility

Found the problem! It was my anti-virus blocking league due to the new patch! If you have Ad-Aware switch antivirus!
